Metcalf Personal Tutorial Instructor's Resource CD Communication, organization and planning, information distribution, records management, physical and information resources, document production, financial functions, and human resources are areas addressed on this resource CD. The in-class mock exam contains 350 questions, a summarized answer key (for student self-scoring), a detailed answer key (for instructor reference and feedback purposes), and a master answer sheet. Metcalf Organizational Management Instructor's Resource CD Organizational planning, advanced communication, advanced communication, and team skills are topics considered on this CD. The in-class mock exam contains 27 scenarios with over 175 questions, a summarized and detailed answer key, and a master answer sheet.
Data contained on these CDs has been developed using various software file formats including Power Point 2010 (".PPTX") format, Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) ".PDF" format, and Adobe(R) Flash(R) presentation format. Applicable software or "readers" must be installed on your computer to utilize our resource tools. NO Internet connection is required. IMPORTANT USE REQUIREMENTS/RESTRICTIONS:The mock exams are formatted and laid out similar to the actual exam. They can be reproduced in hard copy format only and used only for administration in a simulated test situation by instructors to their students. All individuals who take the tests must return the hard copy material to the instructor when they've completed the mock exam test.
